Could the next big tech company be based in Indiana? Maybe, but one thing is for certain—many startup employees and entrepreneurs in Indiana are branching out to work on their own to bring their ideas to life.
But while entrepreneurs venture on their own, many still desire the benefits that come with being a part of a large company. These resources include easy access to office supplies, tech support and peers to collaborate with.
IVM recently attended the grand opening of IoT Tech Lab’s new coworking space in Fishers, Indiana. The new workspace not only marks an important milestone for the Indianapolis tech scene, but provides a place where startup entrepreneurs can accomplish, collaborate on and build upon their work. We were onsite with our vending machine, which will provide the Tech Lab workers with common IT peripherals such as keyboards, adapters and computer cords, all through the swipe of a badge.
Our goal is to provide the IoT Tech Lab tenants the resources they need to help contribute to Indy’s tech boom. When entrepreneurs and freelancers can easily access the supplies they need to do their jobs and avoid time spent on IT issues, people can thrive, work gets accomplished, and new ideas can come to life.
